Coaching Workshop Project Management

The Coaching Workshop „Project Management for third-party funded projects: application, execution and controlling“ took place on 21./22. August 2019 in Leipzig.

The tailor-made workshop offered targeted coaching on visualization, planning and monitoring tools in the context of third-party funded projects and was aimed in particular at junior researchers applying for or directing third-party funded projects. All three phases: application, implementation and controlling, were dealt with.

Christian van den Kerckhoff from the Education Center of the Wissenschaftsladen Bonn e.V. developed the 2-day program. He has a M.A. in Ethnology and has been active in project work for more than 12 years, i. a. for UNICEF and UNHCR. Since 2015 he is the Managing director of the Bonner Institut für Migrationsforschung und Interkulturelles Lernen e.V..

The workshop was the result of a cooperation of the Leibniz Science Campus EEGA with the SFB 1199 at the University of Leipzig and the GWZO Leipzig.
