The Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA) logo consists of a word mark and a figurative mark. It is subject to copyright law. The right of use and exploitation right are held exclusively by EEGA.

Any external use of the logo requires written authorisation (requests may be submitted by e-mail). The authorisation is valid only if issued by the coordination of the Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA). The authorisation may be denied without a requirement to state the reasons therefore. It is required that the logo be used only for the agreed upon purposes, in the context of the Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA), and never for commercial purposes. Furthermore, it is required that no detriment to the reputation of the Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA) is to be expected. The logo may not be used on websites and linked without prior permission. The Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA) may at any time withdraw authorisation once given, without a requirement to state the reasons therefore.

Authorisation is valid only for templates provided by the Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA). The logo must never be modified, supplemented, recreated or falsified.

Nutzungsbedingungen für das EEGA-Logo

Das Logo des Leibniz-WissenschaftsCampus „Eastern Europe – Global Area“ (EEGA) besteht aus einer Wort- und einer Bildmarke. Es unterliegt dem Schutz des Urheberrechts. Die Nutzungs- und Verwertungsrechte stehen ausschließlich dem EEGA zu.

Die Verwendung des Logos durch externe Dritte bedarf einer schriftlichen Genehmigung (per E-Mail ausreichend). Die erforderliche Genehmigung wird erteilt von der EEGA-Koordination. Eine Genehmigung kann ohne Angabe von Gründen verweigert werden. Eine Genehmigung setzt voraus, dass die Nutzung des Logos nur für den vereinbarten Zweck verwendet wird und in Zusammenhang mit dem Leibniz-WissenschaftsCampus „Eastern Europe – Global Area“ (EEGA) steht, keine kommerziellen Zwecke verfolgt werden und durch die Nutzung keine Beeinträchtigung des Ansehens des EEGA zu erwarten ist. Das Logo darf nicht ohne Genehmigung auf Websites gestellt und verlinkt werden. Der Leibniz-WissenschaftsCampus „Eastern Europe – Global Area“ (EEGA) kann dabei eine einmal erteilte Genehmigung zur Nutzung des Logos jederzeit und ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückziehen.

Sollte die Nutzung des Logos genehmigt werden, dürfen lediglich die von dem Leibniz-WissenschaftsCampus „Eastern Europe – Global Area“ (EEGA) zur Verfügung gestellten Vorlagen verwendet werden. Das Logo darf durch Dritte nicht verändert, erweitert, nachgebaut oder verfälscht werden.
