Panel discussion „Current approaches for writing recent history in Eastern Europe“

The panel discussion about „Current approaches for writing recent history in Eastern Europe“ with Sandra Dahlke (Deputy Director of the German Historical Institute Moscow), Miloš Řezník (Director of the German Historical Institute in Warsaw), and Dietmar Wulff (Lecturer in History at the Higher School of Economics, Campus St. Petersburg) took place on October 9, 2017. They discussed with Matthias Middell and Frank Hadler on contemporary history and national historiography in times of growing international interdependence and under conditions of globalisation. The event was coordinated by Research Area 2 and took place in the facilities of the Leibniz Institute for the History and Culture of Eastern Europe (GWZO).
